How our staff are funded through COIN

Coaches of Influence is a 501c3 non-profit Christian Ministry.  Our staff depend on the generosity of donors to support COIN. Developing and implementing a funding plan is part of your responsibility as a COIN staff.

COIN anticipates an approximate $65,000-$80,000 annual budget for staff. This budget covers salary, payroll taxes, benefit costs, ministry, programs and personal living costs.  As our staff implements this funding plan it will require trusting God for their finances.  To accomplish this they invite individuals, churches and other organizations to invest in their ministry through prayer and financial commitments. New staff will be trained how to find people God is calling to be on their team of ministry partners.

Hiring process and employment overview for COIN staff

The official hiring process begins with an application to our ministry followed by an interview with the director and select board members.   Once approved a specific job description will be created and we will help with planning a strategy to fund the position.
